RHEINZINK-Angled Seam Zinc Roofing

The zinc angled standing seam is a relatively new development in the field of traditional sheet metal technology: it was not mentioned in technical literature until the beginning of the 20th century. Ideal for roofs with a pitch of min 25°or 35°. Closing the seams of the prefabricated sections is simple, compared with the double standing seam. Trays can easily expand and surface distortions are avoided as less stress is placed on the metal when the seam is formed.

The angled standing seam is a popular choice in visible areas of metal roofing where the roof pitch is greater, e.g parapets, fascias and mansard roofs, whether running in the traditional vertical direction, diagonally or horizontally. RHEINZINK-Angled Standing Seam

This system is characterised by its strong emphasis on the seams (width approx. 12 mm). RHEINZINK-Reveal Panel

The special advantage of the zinc reveal panel is the variety of panel widths available between 200 mm - 333 mm and the variable joint widths of 0 mm - 30 mm. The option of using different installation directions (vertical or diagonal) and combination with the horizontal panel mean that reveal panels offer architects tremendous freedom for implementing their designs, so allowing buildings to be optimised whatever their shape.

RHEINZINK-Horizontal Panel

Zinc horizontal panels look similar to zinc reveal panels and resemble facades made of wood. Profiled on both edges, components are mounted indirectly with a special RHEINZINK Fixing Clip, which defines the width of the 20mm panel joint. This technology also permits linear expansion. RHEINZINK-Shiplap Zinc Panel

This is a unique type of zinc facade cladding thanks to scalloping without a shadow gap. The profile geometry combined with the effect of light and shade produces attractive shadowing and strong contours. RHEINZINK-Trapezoidal Profiles

Whether installed horizontally or vertically, this ribbed trapezoidal profile is bound to appeal with its cool, clean lines. RHEINZINK-Cassette

The use of cassettes in curtain-wall facades originated from the development of large-format components for especially fast, cost-efficient installation. This cladding is characterised by its size and projecting surfaces. The four lateral edges of the profile are folded.
